"Rude and incompetent. They botched my RV insurance not once but twice, couldn't correct the problem, then had the audacity to try up-sell my car insurance."

"State Farm Policy issued by Eric Cleveland I had a homeowners insurance policy written well in advance for a new property I was purchasing. Everything appeared to be in order — documents were submitted, questions answered, and I was led to believe the policy was good to go. It wasn’t until the very day I closed on the property that I was informed they could no longer insure the home. Buying a home is stressful enough. To be told at the eleventh hour that your insurance is no longer valid — after being told everything was fine — is not only unprofessional, it's unacceptable. Very unapologetic about the whole situation."
