Yes, the premium is going up both because of increases the replacement costs, and an additional price adjustment, but what a blessing to not have to shop for another insurer."

"I was told I needed to make the first payment, so that would help speed up the process of getting approved. Well about ten days later I was told that I would need to cut back my trees and that I would have to remove the wood slats from my back deck because they were made of wood, and no wood can be attached to the home. But the deck is wood, and that's ok?? So I told Eric , to forget it. Now today I am told that the $122.50 I gave him will be reduced to $83.79 because I was covered for 12 days. So I say don't send money until you are approved. A lesson learned."
